Absolutely love this. But it requires an environment of psychological safety which takes work and conscious effort.
Strength is hiring people better than you. Strength is asking for help. Strength is changing your mind with better evidence or compelling points of view. Strength is looking for the great ideas in your colleagues, not just yourself. Strength is exposing your ideas early.
