Came across this by chance in Dubai - never realised that an NHS hospital had a ‘branch’ in Dubai + proudly boasts that many of the staff are recruited from the NHS. At a time of long w/lists, bed waits and low morale not sure this is what our NHS hospitals should be supporting.

Always seems odd that AS is widely accepted and practiced for CaP (+RCC) but not NMIBC. With the right counselling we could substantially reduce surgical burden for our LR NMIBC pts by wider adoption of AS.
