Premium/Discount of US listed China #ADRs versus their HK close. Off their highs though futures & CNH off a little bit as well

$BABA & $PLTR have basically the same market cap though $BABA generates 1.5X more net income ($5B) in a quarter than $PLTR does in revenue ($2.9B) a year.
$PLTR is trading at 80x sales. $BABA is trading at 10x FCF. One of these valuations is driven by pure hype. The other is driven by fear. Which one would you bet on long-term?

Premium/Discount of US listed China #ADRs versus their HK close. Remember Southbound Stock Connect reopens tomorrow which normally accounts for 40% of HK turnover. What are the odds Trump Xi speak and a China trip announced? Not zero IMO!

Pure click bait! China's #tariffs were insignificant per today's @chinalastnight. For a list of tariffs please read today's note

Big gov't is big business @thecyrusjanssen
Here we have Robert Lighthizer, Trump's former trade chief, conditioning the American people to believe that "China is an existential threat to the United States". This idea is completely false and everything he says in this clip is 100% pure gaslighting. The reality? The ONLY threat to the future of the United States is the United States itself. US Politicians MUST stop playing this China card and blaming every problem they have on China. China views itself as a rising superpower that is building relationships with countries around the globe. It has no desire to replace the United States nor does China desire to see the United States fail. China's message to the United States has always been consistent. The Chinese believe the world is big enough for both the US and China to co-exist. It seeks a win-win solution to problems and is open to dialogue and negotiations with the United States. Unfortunately too many Americans are brainwashed by US media to fear China

Premium/Discount of US-listed China #ADRs versus their HK close on Tuesday. Post-Trump tariff announcement premiums off along w/CNH versus US $. Tariffs tanking US stocks, US interest rates higher, US dollar higher. All the opposite of what Trump wants in the long run which is why they won't stay on or be put on IMO.

Premium/Discount of US listed China #ADRs versus their HK close yesterday. $BABA AI announcement was after the HK close which explains premium. Interesting that several names trading in line w/FTSE A50 futures which has nothing to do w/the HK internet stocks though market makers need something to hedge with I suppose.

Your hard work & dedication are being rewarded @_mm85 ! Don't take your foot off of the $NIO gas pedal!
Wow, very humbled by the recent traction about China Tech & Investments. Almost 100K views on my DeepSeek video! Those new & interested in how to invest & possibly profit from China’s latest tech advancements could have a look at @KraneShares $KWEB China ETF. Disclosure: I am not affiliated and personally I don't own any but for those with a long-term view on China Opportunities, it offers exposure and diversification. You can follow CIO @ahern_brendan and @chinalastnight for transparency & informative updates and to build trust and insight over time. To exemplify a portfolio case: For our toddler I wouldn't mind starting a monthly savings plan and keep accumulating KWEB as an additional China strategy complementing MSCI World, Nasdaq or SP500 exposure. This might be a generational buying opportunity, as the sentiment in China is completely washed out, while the last few days have shown us that very exciting things are coming out of China! The fact is that Wall Street for ideological reasons no longer wants to participate in the economic development and progress of China. Not very capitalist, if you ask me - but we're in special times. That doesn't mean retail investors need to think alike. Perception and sentiment could change in an instant, and as @HedgeFundTips keeps saying: "Opinion follows trend". As always with investments, it is risky and I can't give advice what to do and when to pull the trigger, but creating awareness around a topic that most people even don't know exists is what I'd like to contribute and why I hope people keep following my accounts! Thanks

These are the "foreign adversaries" that own Bytedance @RonPaul. These firms represent US pension funds, endowments and foundations. Media and US gov't narrative is detached from reality IMO.
According to President Trump, Bill Gates' Microsoft is very interested in buying the social media App TikTok. But as TikTok's owners do not want to sell, will this be a mafia deal where either their signature or their brains will be on the contract? And...how is Bill Gates owning TikTok any better than its current owners? Also today, Matt Taibbi joined Tucker Carlson recently to discuss the need for even more transparency on how the government colluded with companies to maintain silence over COVID's origins. Watch below:
