//GENSHIN THEORY
Mkay so.. I honestly think Wanderer, Childe & Tartaglia & Kokomi & Neuvillete are the only characters so far I see being heavily involved in the Endgame part of Genshin
she is so full of life around aether i cant believe dainsleif really had the balls to say “defeat me, show me that you are worthier than i to rescue her”
as of 4.1, i redid the chart which categorizes these characters and their lore relation to genshin’s overarching narrative up to endgame.
notes included on the chart this time
i feel some fans are glossing over the fact that traveler had to fight scara 168 times, with nahida resetting each loop.
traveler was nearly crushed to death in the loop we experienced, possibly even actually KILLED in others.
why would traveler feel remorse for scara after?
unfortunate that skirk has to receive backlash from a fandom that confuses fanon with the actual lore. she was never stated to resemble a scandinavian warrior nor a dark souls design.
beyond the borders of teyvat IS THE HONKAI IMAGINARY TREE (and we see those borders break)
to anyone who has muted/turned off retweets at the sight of people spreading crucial information regarding the genocide in palestine right now, i hope you are plagued with undescribable guilt with every breath you take. BE ASHAMED OF YOUR PRIVILEGE
I've been brainstorming over the shared connections between
#HonkaiImpact3rd
and
#GenshinImapct
with my friend Su and we've come to these conclusions.
Please read the labelled color key first, and if you wish to know an explanation behind any of them, I'll be glad to explain.
maybe hoyo should have continued gatekeeping twins & dain content cause why am i seeing people saying dainsleif treated lumine like shit and gave her trauma? the same dain that was worried sick over her during the caribert quest and was by her side all night bc she was crying?
i understand getting used to the mechanics as someone playing their first open-world, but what was so complicated about mondstadt’s story? was it so difficult to grasp you’re purifying a corrupted dragon to prevent destruction?
hoyoverse's planning is absolutely meticulous, if anyone thinks kazuha, fischl, xinyan, and mona were picked randomly for the GAA rerun event they couldn't be any more wrong.
remember when genshin daily/timely gimmick accounts just posted images/quotes of their intended content and not major spoilers & unrelated discourse that can be instead tweeted on a personal account
people complaining about ‘repetitive’ tropes in genshin female characters based on ONE LINE LEAKS but shut their eyes to the same tall man personality recycled over and over again 😐
as a lumine traveler player myself, it is getting frustrating to see less and less people acknowledging the canon abyss princess lumine in favor for traveler lumine
the fact people still dont think mona is relevant to the future plot of genshin when her master’s name is (barbelo)th along with numerous other factors is just being completely ignorant atp
the (allegedly dead) adventurer mona had encountered was definitely joserf, joel’s father. 🧵
recall back to the “lost in snow” world quest from dragonspine, a particular standing trait joserf had was feeding the foxes fruit (berries in this case) +
if anyone wishes to learn how actual MENA & south asian clothing was styled in history (stares at sumeru character fandesigns) this is a great beginner's resource
i'm still not over dainsleif being canonically jealous of alhaitham's domestic laid-back lifestyle with kaveh. AND that it reminds him of a "simpler time" ... perhaps with a certain princess before the fall of khaenri'ah
i’d rather have a summer flagship event that simultaneously focuses on showing there can be a cohesive dynamic between an unlikely group while also delving into each individual’s character stories than “easy” exploration
