yep, this is the current market reality I can see the validity in both perspectives as each approach has its own set of advantages, but my stance is definitely long-term I'd rather spend months or even years building a product that has real value and lasting impact rather than jumping from trend to trend in search of short-term gains that said, and to be realistic, a good team needs a mix of both perspectives to stay current and plan effectively, but personally, you'll always find me on the 'planting seeds for the future' side of the table
