@LizTweetsTech Love this. One addition would be the need to be 100% authentic; staying true to one's self. Most people are afraid to show their true self. That's when they start failing as a leader because people follow leaders for who they are and what they believe in 🙏

Only those who lived with and/or been around someone suffering from #Alzheimers will truly understand this but it is so true! We need to have empathy with those suffering from this terrible illness. Best strategy is to not magnify their altered reality but not fight it either.
When someone living with #Alzheimer's believes something to be true it is true - in Alzheimer's World.

Love this from US Secretary of Education @SecCardona. A tiny virus called Covid19, not only brought the world to its knees in everyway, but also singled out the need for Education systems (along with Healthcare) to be not just improved but revolutionized. We all MUST help!
