Kosovo’s preliminary election results (excluding diaspora votes) confirm the trend that the ruling Vetëvendosje, in coalition with Guxo and Alternativa, is declining while the opposition is gaining strength: ⬇️ Vetëvendosje down from 50.28% (2021) to 40.83% ⬆️ PDK up from 17.01% to 22.15% ⬆️ LDK up from 12.73% to 17.59% ⬆️ AAK up from 7.12% to 7.47% No single party has a majority to form a government alone. #KosovoElections

The opposition parties LDK, PDK, and AAK held their final campaign rallies today, described as some of the largest in the political history of #Kosovo. It is estimated that in Pristina, the opposition gathered more people at separate rallies than the ruling party, LVV. Albin Kurti and LVV had won the previous parliamentary elections with a historic 50.02%, but six months later, in the local elections, they came in fourth place, winning only 4 municipalities. Although LVV is still seen as the favorite to come in first in the elections on Sunday, it cannot be accurately predicted how much the opposition parties will challenge them. The opposition is considered to have run a much more substantive campaign, with concrete programs focused on the economy and development, while Kurti has spent most of the campaign attacking the opposition, the media, businesses, and the international community. The elections on February 9th are seen as the most important since the declaration of Kosovo's independence. #KosovoElections2025

Klinti, Luna, Arilena, Sareta, Rei, Algert, Fiorela, Kamela, Tiri, Arsi, Xheisara, Elio, Arsi… vetëm disa nga emrat e performuesve në Këngën Magjike mbrëmë. Që të gjithë shqiptarë. Këta emra nuk i gjen në Kosovë. Ne “të shkretët” plot Alban, Artan, Diella, Fjolla, Arben, Donika e deri te më të fortit Vlora e Saranda, Milot e Berat, Dibran e Shkodran… Bile emrin shumë të popullarizuar në 🇽🇰 Shqipe krejt pak e has në 🇦🇱! 🤷
