The lack of differences in ⛽️ strengthens the idea that a single most economical running technique model that everyone should pursue may not exist. Cluster-specific or greater individualisation may enhance the success of training interventions and performance 🔝.

We identified two main clusters of runners: the "neutral" and "tilted" pelvis clusters (🟠🟢 in the video). Runners in the tilted pelvis cluster exhibited: ⬆️pelvic tilt ⬆️trunk ext ⬆️hip flex ⬇️duty factor Yet, no differences in running economy were found between groups.

We used hierarchical clustering to identify groups of runners based on their technique under the premise that designing cluster-specific training could be promising to enhance the success of the interventions. 📈
