Many don’t realize the way to exit your current job is to get really good at it, not by trying to escape it. Seeing your effort as something that only benefits your boss of the company is a zero sum view. Instead, become a more skilled version of yourself and see what happens.

The sauna (steam room or dry sauna) will do more for you than cold tubs/cold exposure.
Both are important but the benefits of sauna outweigh those of ice baths, etc.

I think a lot of the issue w/taking action is that people dont REMEMBER what it feels like to feel really good. So they do things every day that fit their current lifestyle.. inflammation shows up as “oh I’m getting ‘old’!” And they’re 31 years old.
