1. the main thing they will always tell you is that they eat less, and ofc that helps but what they usually do is eat a crazy amount in one day then thats what they run on for 2-3 says
2. ALOT OF CAFFEINE. CRAZY AMOUNTS OF CAFFINE. they will drink a can of redbull more than once a day. it helps suppress appetite and gives you energy to run off.
3. all my friends and i smoke, whether its vaping or cigs, they do it all. nicotine helps suppress ur appetite. flavors like mint are better than sweeter ones in my opinion(pls dont take this as a sign to start 🙏)
5. walking everywhere, they refuse to take taxis, buses or trams they will always choose to walk everywhere whether its 5 mins or 1.5 hours they will always choose to walk everywhere, and they like to take the long way rather than shortcuts.
4. they will always opt to go for healthier food, thats an obvious but its ALWAYS, they dont have cheat days unless they dont plan to eat for dayss but in normal day to day life, they will always volume eat.
6. they surround them self with people with similar ideals, like people with similar eating habits and lifestyles, like people who workout to encourage them and dont create a space around them where they feel forced to think ab food
7. we all idealize the people with our ideal physiques together, like sharing tiktoks, pinterest boards, instagram posts to be like “omg body goalss” so we can have someone to encourage us to reach that and remind us of what we want to look like.

1. spicy food! stuff like chilli peppers contain capsaicin which is proven to help boost your metabolism ! (it also help you with suppressing your appetite)

4. COFFEE!! i’m a huge coffee fanatic and a nice cup of black coffee or coffee w low-cal sweetener can help make sure my metabolism is boosted by up to 11% and it also helps with burning any excess fat!
7. apple cider vinegar. do not drink too much of it as it is very acid but i do a shot every morning and it helps me not feel super hungry throughout the day esp when fasting !
6. cold ass water. cold water can help with boosting your metabolism and speeding up fat burn! it helps make you feel more full and clears up ur skin too!!
5. sleep! a good sleep schedule can make sure your body is working right and optimizing your fat burn and metabolism. getting good rest may be hard especially w the school break but trust me, its worth it for reaching your end goal!
