I may not agree with where the money is going. But as best I can tell, they have not shown any of the spending to be corrupt. What have you seen that was illegal or actually proven to be corruption, vs not being what you wanted tax dollars spent on ?

@elonmusk Well yea. Elon has continuously been nailed for theft of over $500mil in tax credits/grants over the last 15-20 years. Who better to find theft/waste/fraud than the guy who does it and gets caught repeatedly. *notice no community notes ever against these historical facts.

@kennaayyy @RpsAgainstTrump This was one item. The grants in lieu of credits from ‘08-‘10 is where he got stupid and blatant & brought the feds attention to him. The rest of us in energy back then didn’t follow suit because of the blatant theft Elon was doing.

@BluEvntHorizon @chamath You’re thinking of Solyndra. That was the same as trumps bank loan. Elon straight up got caught inflating costs by 100%+ each time to garner more tax credits. Most were done when there was a grant instead of credit from ‘08-‘10.
