The Houthi’s use of the Gaza war is selfish, it’s only for their propaganda. they’ve done zero for Gaza or Palestine, but only attracted aggression from the coalition against Sana‘a and Hodeida in retaliation for the threats against the ships. Fernando Carvajal

A lot of people want to blame the coalition for bombing those cranes, but if the Houthis weren‘t using the port to launch drone boats or UAV’s or any type of weaponry targeting ships and Arabia, there wouldn’t be a need to touch the Hodeida port which is the primary entry into Yemen.

The Inspection regime in the Hodeida port was supposed to undermine the Houthi’s ability to raise revenue. The Houthi’s never implemented the agreement, so why should we pretend that agreement is any more relevant. Dr. Michael Rubin

Who says that if you want to define Yemen as one people it has to be one country? Countries like Romania/Moldova and Albania/Kosovo are perfect examples of a two state solution. Dr. Michael Rubin
