I’m still waiting on a refund on a commission from A YEAR AGO.
I understand that the artist had a situation going on, but I cannot believe that they didn’t communicate and insisted they’d be able to finish the commission when asked up until I demanded a refund.
Another art PSA: Artists, if you are struggling with a commission for any reason and it's taking far longer than the estimate you gave, please reach out to your client and communicate about the delay.
