@SilasKieser @MikeTisza GTDB only fetches genomes from the NCBI Assembly DB. However, I would contact NCBI to see if genomes submitted via TPA will end up in the Assembly DB. This use to be the case.

GTDB-Tk v2.0.0 with GTDB R07-RS207 reference data has been released. This version introduces a divide-and-conquer strategy that reduces memory requirements to <40GB and uses a new set of 53 archaeal marker genes. Updating is recommended.
