Sups. @Mike__Wasserman @OttoLee_ & @joesimitian are deeply undemocratic. They ignored hrs of comment to vote for a jail in Jan., they just blocked public comment on items 25 and 26, & they rejected a motion to delay the jail budget to after capital improvement priorities are set.
