@AssociatesAtCSP We have a research study that explored this in more detail. Under review at the moment. Language is so important. Nobody is “just” anything. Support workers are vital in all teams, often very highly experienced and qualified. Often more experienced than “registered” staff.

@BillingMartin Not so lucky here :( It’s confusing though - need to submit 12-50 cpd acitivites undertaken…. But only 8-12 pieces of evidence…. But every activity needs evidence….. hmmm… confused…. Anybody any clearer?
