I’m worried about mental health. Football is something that takes my mind off things, gets me out and stops me dwelling on things... This is going to have such a negative impact on so many people in so many more ways. It’s not just a virus anymore.

Gutted, first season as an

season ticket holder and very unlikely I'll see them play. Don't get me wrong, glad the club has the income from my purchase, but my Saturdays are so empty without following them up and down the country 😔

I started playing football at 10 years old as the only girl on the boys team.
When I went to secondary school I got bullied for playing football and called a man.
I've been at England games when they could only scrape 2,000 - 3,000 fans.
This... this is something special ❤🏆

Very little weight change in the last month (very up and down), but feeling better within myself, joined a bootcamp and can see improvements in my football fitness.
This is a marathon not a sprint.

Actually so proud of myself going to Bootcamp tonight on my own! No anxiety, no panic attacks, I did it 💪 and I'm even more proud that I did all the running and didn't stop.
