@Visionexpressin absolute pathetic experience at gachibowli branch. While making sale the sales person are telling me that all physical damages will be repaired free of cost. And bow after 3 months the employee is telling me that they do not repair physical damages. Absolute scam

@BataCares @BATA_India @inconsumerforum @BataCares your store manager told me that their software does not allow me to generate a bill without customers phone number. In fact they were happy to sell me shoes without a generating a bill altogether which is absolutely not a legal practice in india.

@BATA_India the store manager told me this is a company policy and out rightly said that we will not provide bill. And also refused to provide a physical bill. Only gave me after giving my phone number and had to request for a hard copy as well. @inconsumerforum
