A welcome back to school today for our 84 TY students who have returned from a school trip to Berlin. They enjoyed a four day guided tour which included visits to the Olympic Stadium, Checkpoint Charlie museum, the Stasi Prison and a tropical waterpark.
Well done to Clodagh, Ben, Tiernan and Kealan for their participation in the Team Maths National Final on Saturday in Maynooth. A top ten finish and the highest ranked community college in country. Fantastic achievement.

Best wishes to our 1st year minor basketball team in tomorrows all Ireland playoffs at home in Coláiste Íde agus Iosef after months of training and matches we are all behind the boys on their big day.
Less than 24 hours to go until "A Medley of Musicals" takes to stage. This Wednesday & Thursday night at 7.30 pm in school. The show consists of extracts from 12 musicals ranging from “The Greatest Showman” to “Chicago” to “All Shook Up” & has a combined cast of over 80 students!
Well done to the 45 basketball players who took part in our first & second year nba tournament which ran throughout last week, ending with the finals on Friday. Each player had at least 3 games during the tournament.
Great to see teams back on playing pitches over the last while. This week, our first and second year girls rugby team travelled to Ballincollig for match against Bandon.
Throwback to a historic win for our school in the inaugural Munster Shield last week, beating ISK Killorglin 2-0. This

Last weekend, over 60 students & staff from our school visited Krakow Ghetto, Auschwitz-Birkenau and Schindler factory as part of a visit to Poland. A deeply moving experience.

Our 1st and 2nd year boys basketball teams, finished their season today, with two wins against Ballybunion and then headed to the beach to celebrate.
