I didn't know my acct was going to blow up by adding a bc, I got like 900 followers in a day and a lot of haters. I can understand if people dont want a 55 yr old on edtwt, but I dont have to read their comments. People can block me if they want.
For moots with low self esteem: if you have the willpower to change your body, (even a little bit), you have what it takes to create the kind of life you want and be successful. It takes time, maybe years, but you can do it!😉
Its my day off from work and I've been lazy... but I gotta go work out two times today. I need to get my metabolism fired up and burning calories, so here goes...

because i'm working more on fitness now then losing weight and controlling my ed. I hit 169 lbs today, below my ugw and i'm eating a lot. I love you guys!!😘☺️
I worked out for a half hour, mostly abs and legs. ate about 420 calories (shrimp and air fried chicken), I'll have another 200 calories of oatmeal later and work out another halfhour.
Something is happening in my body. I was super hungry and couldn't wait to eat, but then I felt full when I was only half way done. Maybe my body is adjusting to not binging? idk.
I worked out twice today first time about 25 mins, second time 30. all together did 100 pushup/situps/ curls and some other stuff. Ate about 450 cals (air friend chicken and shrimp. now going to have some oatmeal (250 cals?).
I ran 12 miles, it took me 2 hours 29 minutes. average 12.5 minutes per mile. around 22,500 steps, burned around 1500 cals. My first time running that far!
This is weird, i've lost 20 pounds since the first of the year and now my "skinny" pants are tight, apparently my ass and thigh muscles are bulking up, 🤣 At least my tummy is getting smaller.
I'm old af, but back in the late 70's on tv, there was a commercial on tv that said, "if you can pinch an inch, your overweight." People would try to pinch and inch of fat on their sides.☺️
