@RosemanSeth @aaronecarroll I’m totally on board with getting the flu shot. And I work for a hospital which requires it as a condition of employment. In the UK, you have to be over 65 to get it on the NHS. In France, in the under 65 adult pop, you need to have a risk factor. Why no universal rec there?

@dp_oneill How to do this. So ai kept getting bills. Even if you only paid me minimum wage, if you included my time in the cost, there would be no saving from the outsourcing to incompetent people.

@LeahHoustonMD Psychiatric care is probably the closest to the in-person version and more convenient for many. I actually still believe that in-person can be better, because not everyone has a private space during the workday or even at home for the visit.

@AaronGoodman33 We have not yet solved the problem of consistently and reluably getting blood pressures for all telehealth visits. May not matter to you, but, it’s an issue in primary care.

@jfeldman_epi I do think there’s a serious question to be had about how many humanities PhDs should be produced given how ad the job market is. But this is not the way.
