Elephants are very intelligent and self aware. They are the only other species that can look in a mirror and recognise themselves. They have burial rituals for their dead and even visit their graves. And of course they also have a great memory and are highly creative.Fascinating.

how out of touch with reality can you be? it’s really not that difficult to have some empathy and understand that both the mother and the father make sacrifices and although their roles in the family are different they are equally as important and deserving of gratitude
Honestly if I could be a dad, I would have kids tomorrow.
I don’t hate kids. I hate the fact that as a mum, the division of childcare and household labour will never be equal. The sacrifices will never be equal. We are expected to give up so much more of ourselves.
