This is quite incredible. The US Justice Dept, under Trump, is defending its birthright citizenship Order by arguing that immigrant children covered by the Order cannot be citizens because... the children of Native Americans aren't US citizens.

Trump's win is not a radical descent into fascism. Nothing has changed, capitalism continues to stab the Earth with abandon. It just doesn't need to hide the blood soaked blade anymore nor its holder. Fascism is a lifting of pretense that the corporate hegemons cared for you.
