I totally agree, the stray cattle menace has to stop. All municipalities have abdicated their sole responsibility of clean, safe and hygienic streets.
Every day we are seeing more & more instances of people being attacked & chased by stray dogs & cattle leading to serious injury & even fatalities. We can't aspire to be a “Global Power” & have stray dogs & cattle roaming our streets. We need a National Task Force immediately, local governments are incapable & underfunded. @PMOIndia
