We don't talk enough about the fact that c!Techno died. Like, totems don't prevent death. They bring you back from it. Techno lost his one and only life on that stage. The totem animation lasts three seconds, so Techno spent one minute and thirty seconds in limbo.

(1/2) Technoblade hibernates because he's part piglin, but hibernating is supposed to be a group activity. When Techno hibernates alone, he sleeps uneasily. His solo hibernations are shorter and less healthy overall. So instead his family/friends (sbi, syndicate, etc) take turns.

Headcanon that because hibernation is normally a pack activity for piglins, Techno sleeps better when people are there to nap with him. So during Techno's hibernation, his friends take turns to stay with him and completely mess up their own sleep schedules in the process (1/3).

An additional fun fact about this is that Phil said he actually tried beforehand to see if shooting the anvil would work while OOC/not recording, and they already determined it wouldn't. But he decided that in-character c!Phil was going to try anyway.
One moment I'm normal and the next moment I remember that c!Phil tried to shoot the anvil with his bow mid-fall to save c!Techno during the execution.
