IRA-to-IRA transfers are done trustee to trustee and must be initiated by the receiving trustee. 401(k)-to-IRA transfers are done by a check made out to the receiving trustee and sent to the account owner, and must be initiated by the sending trustee. Any idea why? @patio11

@davidfowl We use a project similar to Nuke ( plus extensions for GHA capabilities (annotations, etc), and a separate custom tool for deployment.
