First I bulk because I wanted a bigger ass and then I cut it just depended on my calorie/protein intake they have a calculator on Google to help with your weight/height
Let me tell yall what helped me
1. Calorie/protein intake calculator ( on Google )
2. The days you don’t feel like going GO!
3. Good work out playlist lol
4. Good work out clothes ( look good=feel good )
5. Consistenty ( just remember shit doesn’t happen over night )

Girl that’s how you learn. Everyone starts off not knowing what they doing, I was the same way but after a while you get use to it . Tik tok helped me a lot
