🧵On the train home from Derby just under 3 years ago, I began to write a story draft for a third Tomb Raider film set within the cannon of the first two films. This film simply titled LARA would be set 18 years after the end of The Cradle of Life and show a mature Lara Croft 🧵

🥳 20 years ago today ‘The Cradle of Life’ premiered. A truly brilliant sequel with many nods to Tomb Raider 2 and a stunning expansion of Angelina Jolie’s portrayal of Lara. One of my favourite moments in the entire Tomb Raider franchise and always worth a rewatch! 🎈

Today was incredible. I trekked through Akrotiri, a Bronze Age prehistoric city. It’s hard to actually understand just how old this place was and how advanced the Minoans actually were for their time🛕🏺
It gave City of Vilcabamba vibes to me personally ofcourse!
