Week one of #Shredcamp ✅ Today some lifting of Moo Dengs, finished off with 1hr indoor bike ride 🏋🏻🚴 I need to upgrade my adjustable dumbbells… Does anyone have experience with adj dumbbells heavier than 25kg ?
