How long did it take me? two 1/2 months. keep in mind MY STARTING WEIGHT WAS A HIGH WEIGHT. YOU WILL MOSTLY LIKELY NOT LOSE 60 LBS IN TWO 1/2 MONTHS IF YOUR WEIGHT IS LOW. <3

What did I do? i don’t really fast, I might fast here and there but it’s not likely, I do alot of OMAD and intermediate fasting (22 hours). I eat usually 600 calories, but I started at 1000 and started lowering it weekly to avoid binging.

How I Avoid Eating and Binging ! i read ALOT, reading books keeps my mind busy because if I’m bored I love to bored eat. I also write, I’m writing a book right now and whenever I write it also keeps me busy. As long as I keep myself busy I don’t binge/eat.

I have one day a week where me and my grandma go out to eat, this is the ONLY day I allow myself to go above my calorie intake. I drink A SHIT TON of water a day, and I drink diet Dr Pepper too but not as much anymore.

What workouts do I do? honestly I don’t workout much, I go twice a week, and mostly do cardio and arms. I work Fast food and constantly on my feet and busy and since I’m a manager I’m always doing something. So I always get my steps in from that.

@hell0kittyt1ts truthfully, I eat a lot of frozen meals and rice cakes 😭😭 the frozen meals I always get are always 300 and under calories, and I get quest protein bars!! This is the specific brand of frozen meals I get! and they keep you full!!

I need to lose 10-15 lbs by Christmas Eve 🥲 I’m 190.8 now, I want to be 175-180 by then. My grandma does a Christmas Eve party every year with family I don’t see for a year, and last Christmas Eve I was at my HW (247) .. so I want them to see how much weight I’ve lost

y’all so I work with my brother (he’s 3 years older than me) and when I was in the office doing paperwork I had went to my calorie tracker app and put in what I ate on break (protein bar) AND MY BROTHER WAS STANDING BEHIND ME LOOKING AT MY PHONE and started asking questions (1/2)

@JXLLXNNN I do a lot of 18 hour fasts and sometimes 24 hours, and when I do eat, my goal for the day is 500 calories . I’m a server so I’m constantly on my feet as well. I also had COVID at the beginning of January and ever since then I haven’t had much of an appetite

1. I drink ALOT of water, typically about 120 ounces 2. I have celiac disease (I found out recently) so cutting gluten from my diet has helped TREMENDOUSLY. even if you don’t have celiac , cutting gluten out is so good for your gut.

I JUST WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING MY STARTING WEIGHT WAS HIGH. high SW = rapid weight loss typically if you weigh less than 140 it will be harder to lose it quickly.

4. I do 18 hour fasts, sometimes 24 but it’s rare just because of how busy I can get at work . My calorie intake daily is 500, I never eat more than that. I don’t drink my calories, everything I drink is 0 cals. I also eat ALOT of lettuce and veggies.

I have a co worker who I see every three weeks bc we’re on opposite shifts and when I came in tonight she was like “Girl you’ve lost weight!!” And I was so happy the rest of the night AND THEN My other coworker said “you’ve lost so much weight since you’ve started here” 🫢🫢

@kyuugomi honestly just restricting, I’m a waitress so I get a lot of steps in and I rarely workout, I never eat before my shift and always eat under 700-800 cals after my shift, but remember everybody body’s is different so what works for me may not work for others !!

@doieats so I started with 1000 calories, and then after 7 days went to 800 and so on, I’ve been sticking to 600 calories for awhile because I know if I go any lower I’m more likely to binge, some days I do eat 300 calories, remember a calorie limit is not a calorie goal
