We really try to keep our fees as low as possible:
- Fiverr: 20% to artists + 5% to clients
- PayPal: doesn’t allow passing fees onto clients (we don’t have the same policy and leave it up to the artist to decide the fee split)
- skeb: 6.8-9.8% on requests + 13.6% on tips
So just putting out some information
VGen takes the same percentage as Kofi - 5%
Gumroad, Etsy, Fiverr, and Skeb all have higher fees
The payment processor fees (PayPal, Stripe, etc) are always taken on top of this
VGen genuinely is giving the most and charging the least
