@RupertLowe10 no-one has mentioned that the collapse in the public's opinion of the NHS has coincided with the explosion of immigration "without which the NHS wouldn't work". Seems remarkably obvious that the NHS worked better when it had fewer immigrant workers and a smaller budget.

@59W00dy59 it's not just immigration, though that's a huge issue. We should be less of a soft option for false asylum claims (Rwanda scheme, tightening up background checks & reducing benefit & housing availability for example). But there's so much else : DEI, energy policy, defence...
