Regarding commissions on VGen:
TLDR: Vgen hasn't sent me the money for a large amount of the first 50 commissions I completed on their platform, I have had to take on work elsewhere to afford able to live. From my perspective, I cannot keep working for free, but am willing to. -

Kind of but also not really, I am the one who refunded my clients out of funds I did not earn through VGen - you guys had nothing to do with that, we didnt "work together" to refund them, i just... sent refunds. that simple.

Yes! fortunately I have been able to earn money off kofi commissions and things like adoptables + bases, because theyre uploaded to kofi or people send the money for it directly to my paypal :D

- After this, VGen manually put a prevention on payouts on my account *without telling me*. I had to email stripe and recieved a response from stripe telling me VGen had force stopped payments, I was never notified nor was I able to figure this information out for myself-

That is totally fair, I assume some of those clients are from me not communicating properly, intending for them to be refunded instead.
I also back up the last statement,I have so much hate for stripe at the moment and still believe VGen can be a good platform for a lot of people

It seems this has actually prompted so much more communication between me and VGen directly in DMs/Email so I will be continuing to try and end it, finally-
I still view VGen as a decent company as my situation has been unique tho
Regarding commissions on VGen:

I also know VGen is just kind of new, as a company and to handling situations like this.
Hopefully they just put more pressure behind the scenes on making sure shit like this doesnt happen in the first place ; but they have been fairly responsive to it at least :D

No; Stripe wouldnt investigate the issue so I took it to VGen who also refused to investigate. I forcably refunded people when I realised vgen wouldnt help solve the issue, I told some of my clients to reach out to VGen to get the money out as I never recieved it.
