I designed a cover for the Apple Vision Pro.
The holes line up with the cameras and sensors, so tracking and capture work as expected.
Thinking of making a small run of these if theres enough demand. Leave a ᯅ if you want one!
Introducing DreamGenerator! 📸✨
A camera that transforms your photos into something new using the power of generative AI.
Choose from 30 prompts, capture, and watch as your image morphs into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece right before your eyes! 🧵
Wow! I wasn’t expecting such a big response for my Apple Vision Pro cover design! Looks like there’s a demand.
Does anyone know of an affordable supplier that could help produce a small run of these?
This is currently a prototype that leverages Stable Diffusion and ControlNet.
The generated images reference the composition and pose of the original photo, ensuring that key elements are retained while also adding in new imaginative touches.
I’m thrilled to see the launch of AR Mirror today, a product that began as an idea I introduced and had the pleasure of helping design over the last three years. I’m super grateful to all the teams at Snap who worked relentlessly to bring this idea to life!
I love my DSLR, but lugging around a bulky camera can feel like a burden.
Smart phones do a decent job, but there’s something undeniable about the simplicity of a point-and-shoot... and I find that I take a lot more photos.
The perfect camera doesn’t exist... DSLRs produce great results but are bulky and expensive. Point & shoot cameras are convenient, but limited in quality and features. What if we could use AI to get the best of both worlds?
Here’s a render of a concept i've been playing with.
It’s been 20 years since ‘Yeah Right!’ dropped - my all-time favorite skate video that inspired me to get into animation and VFX.
Here’s a quick AR experience I made that transforms
@AbdCollectibles
(shoutout to
@mikemo
!) into a 3D portal!
My film “Landscape” was one of ten selected as a finalist in the AI Film Festival! Thank you to
@runwayml
for this opportunity and for bringing together such an incredible community of filmmakers. Watch the film here:
AI image generators are a game changer, but coming up with the perfect prompt is tough.
Plus, navigating some of these platforms feels like solving a puzzle.
I wanted to simplify this process and create a tool that combines intuitive design with the power of AI.
Here’s a promo video I made with
@tonyhawk
for the launch of Storied Skateboarding, a series of mini documentaries about the most influential skateboard tricks of all time.
Bummed seeing so many of my super talented friends at Snap let go today. Some of the smartest and most creative people I’ve met have been impacted.
If you’re hiring in AR, engineering, or design, hit me up with any opportunities and I can pass them along
After over 2 years in the making, Computer Generated: The 3D Art Anthology is almost here! The books have been printed and are being shipped to the publisher's warehouse. The official release is slated for early January and we just opened up pre-orders!
My submission for Pictoplsma’s
#WalkWithCharacter
challenge!
I made this using AI tools Comfy UI, CSM, and Mixamo to style transfer my character onto a walk cycle animation.
Here’s my process 🧵
@TheMcGloneCode
Believe it or not, its only about 2mm thick and its made out of resin plastic. I haven't noticed any issues with the tracking while it's on.
@erickalf
It's extremely light + the front of the vision pro is made out of glass, so in theory, it can be used for protection. Also, its a cool flex... 💪💪
The Vision Pro is difficult to use when on the go - windows stay anchored to the ground rather than following you when walking around.
What if you could pin any window to the screen?
Gaze at the Window Bar and double tap to pin a window in screen space.
AR Mirrors provide an experience that goes beyond what is possible on phone screens. With a larger display, users can interact more seamlessly with Body AR Lenses. Excited to keep exploring ways to incorporate spatial design into our everyday lives!
We partnered with Men's Wearhouse to make trying on suits so much easier! Now, customers can head to a store to virtually try on different looks using our AR Mirror — no fitting room required.
I love Vision Pro's Desktop Mirroring, but it's overwhelming to navigate inside a window with mouse/keyboard and everything else with pinch/gaze.
What if your mouse could also control system level UI?
Here's a mock up of using a mouse to adjust a window's position and scale.
I've been experimenting with techniques similar to the ones folks have been using to create ai optical illusions.
After a bunch of fine-tuning, I found an approach that returns consistent results when dealing with text!
"SEND NOODS" made out of noodles 🍜
I've been seeing a lot of unconstructive reviews of the Apple Vision Pro...
I wanted to take a different approach by offering a few suggestions that I think would improve the overall user experience.
Curious to see what people think 🧵
Rotating windows on the Vision Pro feels awkward - you have to pinch and drag the Window Bar while tilting your head.
What if there was a better interaction?
Introducing the Rotate Bar - pinch and drag the Rotate Bar while moving your hand to rotate a window.
I've been putting together a book about CG Art with
@gingkopress
for the past 2 years and it's almost out!!! Thank you to all the extremely talented artists who have so kindly contributed their amazing work. I can't wait for everyone to check it out!

And after tweaking some values for a while, I got a result I was happy with!
I did some quick color correction in After Effects and rendered out the final version.
We just launched physics in Lens Studio 4.10, giving Lens Creators and Developers the power to add dynamics into their Lenses! This is a game changer!
@SnapAR
Excited that my film "Landscape" will be showcased at
@CVPR
's AI Art Gallery! Honored to be a part of this amazing event. Thanks
@jon_barron
for putting this together!
I then brought my image into CSM AI to convert it into a 3D mesh. Im pretty surprised at how well this free tool worked, but I still needed to do a bit of clean up in ZBrush.
This year we will start to see tools that automate more of these processes, making things like 3D animation, texturing, and rendering accessible to more people than ever before!!
The video was shot on an insta360 camera and stitched together using adobe's new generative fill tool. The hardest part was getting the timing right and making sure everything stayed within frame.
@alexsafayan
Thanks! Glad you like my mocks.
Yeah, theres not a great way of rotating windows to begin with. You can sort of rotate in pitch/yaw by orienting the window around yourself, but that only gives you limited rotation control.
After cleaning up the model, I brought my mesh into Mixamo to quickly rig and animate.
The skinned weights weren't great, so I imported the animated mesh into Maya to smoothen out.
@LukeHurd
Here’s been my journey. All effectively the same thing. 3D interaction prototyper -> 3D designer -> interactive engineer -> spatial designer -> design engineer
Then, in Comfy UI, I set up a workflow that utilizes IPAdapter, ControlNet and AnimateDiff to transfer the style of my original A-pose image onto my walk cycle animation.
LA Homies! Come celebrate the release of Computer Generated: The 3D Art Anthology this Saturday at
@SuperchiefNFT
LA. This will be the first opportunity to pick up an exclusive early release copy of the book!
I spend too much time organizing my workspace on the Vision Pro and when I change locations, I have to do it over again.
What if you could save location-based workspaces?
In this mock, a workspace automatically populates to its saved location.

Hit me up when you're in town. Always down to shred. Let's hit up courthouse or something. Also gotta give you an update about the book. I'm in Venice, right by Hannah if you're ever in the neighborhood.
