Ajay has been great…& Thunder are counting on him to play an important role in the playoffs. He’s basically the only real creator besides SGA on the roster. Need him to get healthy asap
The Oklahoma City Thunder are converting two-way guard Ajay Mitchell to a two-year, $6 million contract, agents Todd Ramasar and Mike Simonetta of Life Sports Agency told ESPN. Mitchell, the No. 38 pick in the 2024 Draft, has played a vital rotation role for the 40-9 Thunder.

The Mavs fumbling Luka & KD being banished to one of the worst teams in NBA history would be pretty close to a perfect trade deadline for Thunder fans
The Washington Wizards are the favorites to land Kevin Durant in a potential trade, per @BovadaOfficial Washington Wizards +325 Milwaukee Bucks +375 Miami Heat +425 Los Angeles Lakers +600 Oklahoma City Thunder +650 San Antonio Spurs +750 Memphis Grizzlies +1000 Houston Rockets +1000 Philadelphia 76ers +1800 Denver Nuggets +2200

@CoryJones918 Very curious to see what they do. They can’t possibly do nothing at the deadline.

@CoryJones918 I’m still a Denver believer, though they are paper thin after their starting 5, so 🤷🏻♂️

@CoryJones918 It’s an absolute steal for your crew. That said, imo this is ~90% about post LeBron era. Even with more moves, they’re pretty far behind OKC & Denver. They won’t of course, but they should consider moving LBJ too.

@TravisSkol They have to be sick. Luka is my least favorite player in the association, but they are not just worse post trade, but much worse

Mavs seriously watched the first Cavs v Thunder game & thought, “2 bigs is the ticket to beating OKC (without Chet 😂).” Days I will spend worrying about the Luka-less Mavs as a legit playoff threat to the Thunder? Zero
When I asked a Mavericks official what they envision getting in Davis, I was pointed to Cleveland's formidable frontcourt of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. Initially it'll be Davis-Gafford and eventually Davis and heavy doses of Dereck Lively II and Gafford.
