I think Forever is out of qsmp at this point, but it’s probably gonna be a couple days before we get a statement from either side. I think a lot of lawyers are probably involved in this, as it could go south into a defamation case if Quackity isn’t careful with his words.

You guys are relying on the wayback machine for evidence, and while that’s good, it’s not enough to win a lawsuit with. In the absence of a victim willing to testify themselves, this could be seen by a court as defamation or even unlawful termination if a contract is involved.
