@florian_krammer Really dumb question from me: why do we even need the "overhead" at all? Why not just factor it into the base grant amount?

@HelenBranswell Clinton's private email server was irresponsible and completely unjustified risk. This is orders of magnitude worse than what Clinton did. Unfathomable.

@angie_rasmussen @MMKavanagh We really need an officer established in the Constitution whose job is to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed."

@Coliemac @angie_rasmussen @ForeignPolicy Yes, half of all COVID deaths were in people below the age of the life expectancy. Tell me how that won't lower the average life expectancy? And even those who die prematurely from COVID, even if they were above the average age of death, will still reduce life expect.

@Coliemac @angie_rasmussen @ForeignPolicy You're embarrassing yourself by repeating trivially disproven facts and not understanding statistics. Just stop.

@Coliemac @angie_rasmussen @ForeignPolicy Life expectancy declined due to COVID. It would have been much worse if we hadn't managed to produce safe and effective vaxes in record time. We should aim higher, but we shouldn't kick our saving grace to the curb.

@angie_rasmussen It's absurd how, when people suffer negative health outcomes after a viral infection, you can never be sure that the virus caused the bad outcomes, and probably didn't. But after a vaccination? It's always the vaccine's fault. Bullshit.

@angie_rasmussen @WHO My biggest concern with the WHO is they stuck with the droplet theory of transmission for far too long, quite long after the evidence was overwhelmingly in favor of aerosol, and so said respirators weren't helpful. I've never seen them even acknowledge this error.

@I_of_the_raven @Crazynews4real @DrNeilStone The graphic clearly says "England and Wales." The Cutter incident, per what you linked to, was limited to "children in five Western and mid-Western USA states." You're an idiot embarrassing yourself.

@JordyNiner So, your argument is basically, "Pay attention only to what evaluators think of a player before the draft and ignore all subsequent evidence. That's irrelevant."

@richjmadrid NFL coaches are people too. It's a good people management move. It tellsy Kubiak they value his contributions, it signals career progression, and it probably also came with a nice pay raise. These are things any professional would want, football coach or not.
