i feel like a faker. ive never been hospitalized, i can rarely fast, never starving for days, not deathly skinny, my thighs are fat, my face isn't skinny & sunken, I'm not super boney, my cals jump from 400-900, my bmi isn't really low.. i just want to be sick enough.. :(

i kept my fluids intake HIGH, i drank ALL day. tea helped reduce my appetite, usually it was unsweetened but sometimes i added honey！

Dinner！！
I ate really bland and volume foods for dinner, often skinless chicken breast and steamed vegetables！if i was too weak/sick to get up then I'd just go for soup :(

Since I was sick and weak I got NO exercise at all I was in bed pretty much 24/7, and slept for majority of the day too.

Foods I avoided！！
-canned soups
-breads (to the best of my ability)
-french fries / chips
-high sugar / high calorie drinks
it's typical to eat a certain way when sick (most common BRAT diet!) which i tried to avoid, as well my salt intake！

Breakfast！！
Plain Greek yoghurt and fruits! (Most common strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) if I felt like switching it up id have oatmeal with berries, but typically yoghurt！！
