220+ applications in 16 months and I’ve only gotten 4 of the roles, 2 were temp internships, and 1 was a shitty job and the other one was a temp contract role. Others ghosted
I have all the data in a spreadsheet I’m gonna to write a piece on it soon. But yeah, these places suck.
33 applications in 2 months, 2 interviews out of those 33. i don’t want to hear anyone say “nobody wants to work” these companies won’t hire.
