i’m so glad i’m trying to recover. i got to rediscover my love for hummus, i’m trying new things and i feel better and kinder even though it’s only been a few days. i love being able to eat the food i cook and bake. i don’t have to waste food anymore and i can eat w/ my family

might be a little bit of a weird question but is it normal to feel anxious/distressed about not eating… like whenever i decide that i don’t feel super hungry and i don’t need/want a snack i also feel distressed and feel like i have to eat.. idk. is this another sign of hunger?
