I'm one of those sickos who loves dealing the WSOP. It's not because I love dealing poker. It's because of the energy, camaraderie, Wolf games, hot tubs, hiking, meow wolf, railing friends, the summer camp reunion vibes and non-stop fun.

The tweets from people whose knowledge of poker range from nothing to almost nothing, especially those chiming in about misogyny, are literally making me nauseous.
Not every conflict between a man and woman is based in misogyny. Educate yourselves before you speak.
I am hearing now that dudes are mad at a woman for beating them in poker because she gambled on a statistically bad hand after reading her opponent’s tells, which is, as far as I was aware, the exact reason they call poker “gambling” and not “statistics”

3.5 years since my ex passed away and not a day passes that I don't think of him.
We live on in memory and I think there's something beautiful about that.

I mostly agree with you, but I will say I don't think women simply "refuse" to help. I think it stems from a combination of cultural shaming of female sexuality and a lack of emotional intimacy that allows women to feel vulnerable with their partners
