I've hated success rate being used for this exact reason. 45% dribble success rate on 13 attempts per game is way scarier to come up against as a fullback than 65% on 6 attempts.
Vinicius must be an absolute nightmare to play against. Wave after wave of attack regardless of success %. Even if you stop him 9/10 times, he's the kind that believes he'll do something just with that one chance. Relentlessness is his best trait.
