marketing tip use concrete words instead of abstract ones shit like "we are changing X" or "we simplify Y" leaves too much to the imagination so the brain will just ignore be concrete (ideally someone can visualize what you've said) Before: "We offer an elevated coffee experience" After: "Our baristas hand-pull your espresso shot from freshly ground Arabica beans within 20 seconds" Before: "Our mattress provides exceptional comfort" After: "Our mattress has 2,756 individually wrapped coils that adjust to your sleeping position" Before: "Superior chocolate candy" After: "Milk chocolate that melts in your mouth, not in your hands"
