On Nov 1st, 4th in Dar es Salaam and Nov 5th-6th in Zanzibar, I met with the TIC and ZIPA teams to explore how I can contribute my expertise to the European Union’s FWC SEA 2023 - LOT 7 Support to TIC/ZIPA Project. As an expert, I look forward to contributing to its success.
