1. Turn on VPN
2. Incognito Browser
3. Inspect Element > Network
4. Load Eigen claims page without /restricted
5. Block Request URL under name 'is-block'
6. Reload without /restricted

A few notes:
1. VPN Connected in Mexico appears to be the most reliable
2. If 'is-block' is not not there turn on 'Skip Cache' & 'Slow 3g' throttle
3. Allow your wallet in incognito via settings > extensions

Not sure how it works in brave but in chrome you can do, settings > manage extensions > details for the extension > allow in incognito

There are a few different ways. Review the guide again and restart if it’s not working! It has worked for most people.
I was also able to get it working with the below

No idea, I would poke around in a similar way as I did here. No way for me to test while in the USA

I was able to workout around it by overriding the file which VpnApi was returnin (search VPN) in console to find the file. And then also overriding the JS which was triggering the VpnAPI query. I got it to work once, was unable to replicate, can look into it again here shortly.

Looks like they tried, but the same process still works.
Clear cookies, new browser, refresh it - sounds like you just need a fresh session.
