New Vegas never mentions this. And you can't have New Vegas if the NCR collapsed four years prior.

They moved the NCR Capital to the LA Boneyard (Iy wasn't there before) Had the republic founded before the events of Fallout 1 (It was still a village in 2161 before) and nuked it off the map in 2277 (The same year the NCR defended the Dam)

My issue is the show saying the NCR fell in 2277. If that's the case then New Vegas can't have happened because it starts in 2281 and the NCR are a big part of it.
