@savndaniel The oracle, it’s fine for people to have opinion on issues. However, it is inconsequential for people to hold opinion on issues that the law has taken a stand. One of our lecturers would say, the law is an ass and sh:t…but that’s the law until it’s amended.

The law is very clear, that the only instance rape can exist with a married person is impersonating his/her spouse. This does not mean one cannot be charged for inflicting bodily harm but not rape.
