@SmythsToysUK Is it normal practice to prevent pregnant women from drinking bottled water in your stores? Is it also normal practice for staff to attempt to confiscate the bottle? No children, just my wife, on her own, confronted by a member of staff for taking a sip of drink...

Almost another week since I've heard from @Hyperoptic and still no internet and not a peep from Customer Relations or their engineering team. What I will say is, @ThreeUK's Internet has been an absolute life saver the past week 👏

Day 8 with no Internet through @Hyperoptic. Only 14 days left until they 'look' at the problem. Not even a guaranteed fix. I would have thought a formal complaint would have been taken more seriously, but even that they take their time with. 2 more days until its directed to TS.

Another day without Internet thanks to @Hyperoptic. I suppose this is a very valuable lesson to research companies in full before signing up. Lay off 100+ engineer staff and then struggle to send engineers out to new customers.

I'm now over a week since activation and still no engineer, or help to get my internet up and running. As someone that works from home and relies on my Internet, you have well and truly screwed me over. Glad to see @Hyperoptic is signed up to @Ofcom compensation scheme
