Woke up to an email that I’ve been let go from Dot Esports and Gamurs this morning effective immediately. I’ve just bought a house and I’m getting married next year. So, I’m looking for work…. (RTs appreciated)

Joe HAS to be behind this "baby hedgehog rescue" rubbish, which is great considering it even made it onto Saturday Night Live last week 🙈@nbcsnl

ESPECIALLY when the issues being raised can be caused by the photo manipulation techniques this artist uses! These anti-AI witchhunts risk harming human artists more than the massive companies providing and using the technology. Be critical, but considerate.

Vetting these claims requires accountability. If you’re incorrect then you risk destroying the reputation of the artists who you’re supposedly “protecting.” Creating echo chambers of blind militancy does. not. help. Guilty until proven innocent is not the approach here.

We have every right to be wary, but conduct is important. This user blocked the artist before allowing him to defend himself! I was also tagged, and promptly blocked, by this particular poster because I was critical of the accusations being made.

I shouldn’t have to explain why plastering these claims over multiple social media accounts, while refusing to accept any reasonable justification for the areas of the image you’ve taken issue with, is a no-no. Art you think is bad doesn't = AI.

The artist consistently credits sources for the assets he uses in his works, which AI prompters rarely do. He’s also used this style for much longer than gen AI has been viable and provided reasonable explanations for the issues people are raising.

Gonna nip this in the bud before the mob starts sharpening any pitchforks: This artist is openly anti-AI and says no generative AI tools were used to make this piece. Inciting witch hunts against other artists does nothing but fuel paranoia and cause harm 🧵/ #CrescentCity

It's been "one of those mornings" though I imagine Adobe is having a decisively worse one.

I’m rapidly approaching my 30th birthday and while aging doesn’t bother me in the slightest, I wish I FELT as old as I am. Like, I’ll hear myself say “yea my washing machine does that” and my brain goes “TF when did we OWN a washing machine? Didn’t we have exams last week???”

Okay now that I’ve smashed through Barbie, I’m convinced Ryan Gosling heard that some people were like “yea I can see he’s conventionally attractive but I don’t really get it” about him being a celeb heartthrob and he poured his ENTIRE SOUL into Ken to enlighten them.

My tick may finally be gone but at least @ItsMrProducts is down here in the unverified, unnoteworthy dirt with me. Welcome to Scrubville!

The @DnDMovie isn't perfect, but it's also far better than I expected. Honor Among Thieves encapsulates D&D in a way that's accessible, respectful, and goofy — it's just good fun! Full review below 🧙 https://t.co/dBpMt2LeYt
