The housing lottery system won't ever fix shit when you have entire wards owned by 1 person across 59 FC's. No I don't feel that your personal decorating project is important enough to deprive 59 people/FCs a house. Go play the sims if you wanna decorate an entire neighbourhood.

i think this is my favourite random mod i ever made, i really wanted a cute tent for RP and ended up making both a poseable one you could move in gpose, and a stationary one you could RP in/around without it moving

they moved to a new server after it opened with shadowbringers and bought up all those plots bc people on that new server were either focusing on new content or too poor to contest them. Each of those FC houses is a placeholder FC with the same tag made purely for this reason
